​​It is essential to recognize that in order to guide your subconscious mind it is important to avoid a self-destructive thought process and crippling comments such as: I should, I will never, am not I can’t/don’t have, I will never become, I need to change, I’m trying but I can’t…. I ought to/need to but I cant…. I’m really sick, I’m a mentally unstable/balanced, I’m feeling uncomfortable, I can’t be bothered, I’m going to die, I am bitter.… If you entertain such thoughts it’s time to change them! (unless it is accompanied by a solution that can be accomplished successfully!
